Alice McMillan serves as the Development Manager for MarAlliance. She is a nonprofit and economic & community development professional who has held a variety of leadership roles across domestic and global mission-driven organizations. She is a well-rounded public service leader dedicated to helping people and organizations of all backgrounds. Throughout her career, she has advised over 200 organizations, led over 100 community advancement projects that have generated seven and eight figures in economic impact and fund development, while also transforming the policies, laws, procedures, and entryways that govern our society. She also brings to this work her experience gained from living and studying in a variety of cities and countries across the USA and 4 continents, and her fluency in Spanish. She holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Univ. of Arkansas) and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (Univ. of North Carolina).
