Josh Garbutt is a 19-year-old from Monkey River Village in southern Belize. He has been working with MarAlliance for the past three years and also fishes commercially. Josh is currently working toward becoming a licensed tour guide. Through his time with MarAlliance, he has come to understand the importance of marine research and how it supports the health of the environment and local communities.
