A native of Puerto Morelos, he grew up in a family of fishermen. He has dedicated his life to the sea and fishing traditions. He learned the trade at a very young age and complemented his knowledge by studying at the Technical Fishing School.

Today, with more than 20 years of experience as a fisherman, he joins the MarAlliance team to support shark monitoring in Quintana Roo, Mexico, and is a great ally in shark conservation.
