Mini Peiris

Growing up in Sri Lanka, Mini has a long-standing passion for the ocean. She has been an avid scuba diver for over 20 years and regularly supports ocean advocacy work. In her professional live, Mini is an accomplished go-to-market and product executive with 25+ years of experience across the technology market sector. She led multiple disciplines at Oracle NetSuite including running global marketing reporting to the CEO. She currently serves as CMO at Cornerstone, the global leader in workforce intelligence and learning systems. Previously, she was CMO at Nintex, Doma, Elementum, and Ambra Health. Mini also currently serves as a GTM advisor at Scale Venture Partners and was previously a non-executive Director on the Board of Appen (ASX: APX) and Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees at Bowman School, a non-profit K-12 private school. She holds a BS in Cellular Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
